The City of Annapolis encourages residents to use any legacy temporary parking permits – those purchased prior to July 1, 2019 – by the end of calendar year 2019. Beginning January 1, 2020, temporary permits purchased before July 1st will not be recognized, according to a new City Ordinance.
If residents are unable to use all of their legacy temporary permits by the end of 2019, they may receive credit for their value by visiting the office of Annapolis Parking (SP+), the city’s parking management firm at 60 West Street, Suite 106. Annapolis Parking is open for service between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Residents with questions may contact Annapolis Parking at (443) 648-3087 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Previously, temporary parking permits purchased by residents had no expiration date. City Ordinance O-4-19, enacted by the City Council April 29, 2019, applies expiration dates to temporary parking permits issued on or after July 1st, 2019 and applies an expiration date of January 1, 2020 to all permits purchased prior to July 1st.
