Residential Parking Permit Registration Now Open

Annapolis residents may purchase their new Fiscal Year 2023 Residential Parking Permit (RPP) effective immediately. City residents who live in one of the City’s five zoned districts may purchase their new permit online at www.annapolisparking.com by clicking “Residential Parking Permits.” The new permits will be effective from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Residents with a current permit must purchase their new permit before July 1, 2022 to ensure their vehicle’s permit is valid for this new registration year. After July, residents may purchase permits on a prorated basis throughout the year. RPP stickers will be sent to residents via U.S. mail soon after purchase. There are no changes to permit prices this year and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Proof of residency is required.

[Purchase Your Permit]

This year, the purchasing portal features a new interface designed to simplify the purchasing experience. Applicants will need to create a new account, and then simply follow the prompts to complete their purchase.

While online registration is the easiest way to get a permit, residents may also visit the Annapolis Parking office at 60 West Street, Suite 106 or call Annapolis Parking at (443) 648-3087 for assistance.

To protect residents’ personal information, the purchasing portal on www.AnnapolisParking.com utilizes encrypted SSL technology to protect customer data during the purchasing process. Residents with questions are encouraged to contact Annapolis Parking at (443) 648-3087 or annapolisparking@spplus.com.
