Valentine's Day dinner

Pair your Valentine’s Day visit in downtown Annapolis with easy, convenient parking. Here are a few parking tips for Monday, February 14, 2022.

Residents Park Free: Annapolis offers city residents free parking for up to 2 hours in the 4 city-owned garages: Park Place, Knighton, Gott’s Court, or Hillman Garages. To secure validations for Park Place, call the garage at (410) 295-1556. For validations at other garages, call (443) 648-3087.

Free Weeknight Parking: The Calvert Street Garage (the entrance is at 19 St. John’s Street) is free to the public Monday through Friday from 6 pm. to 6 am. The garage is a quick stroll from the Boutique District’s shops and restaurants on Maryland Avenue and State Circle, as well as the top of Main Street and Inner West Street. Visitors can also park free at on-street meters weeknights after 7:30 pm.

Reserve Garage Parking Ahead of Time: Visitors can reserve garage parking online in Knighton Garage along West Street or Gott’s Court Garage in Inner West Street, as well as the Noah Hillman Garage downtown. Visit annapolisparking.com, navigate to your preferred garage, and select “Buy Daily Parking.”

Contactless On-Street Parking: Park at on-street metered spaces with the ParkMobile smartphone app. For details on how to download and use ParkMobile, visit the Annapolis Parking Contactless Payment page.

Ask about Park Shop & Dine: Visitors to Annapolis can enjoy up to four hours of parking free in downtown Annapolis! Park in any of the city-owned garages (Noah Hillman, Gotts Court, Knighton or Park Place), ask the shop you patronized if they participate in Park Shop & Dine. Participating businesses can provide you with a coupon to cover one hour of free parking (most require in-store purchase). You can collect up to four.

Ride the free Circulator: The free Circulator includes stops for legislative session visitors, such as the School Street-Church Circle stop near the State House complex, the Calvert Street Garage stop, and the North Street-State Circle stop next to the State House and legislative buildings. Visitors can track the Circulator’s location in real-time by downloading the “RLS Shuttle” app to their smartphone and clicking “Annapolis,” or visiting www.annapolisparking.com/circulator-alternative-transportation/.
